Terms of Service

Effective April 29, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GrantMind Pro LLC ("GrantMind", "we", "our") governing your use of https://grantmind.pro and the services provided through it (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@grantmind.pro promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. New accounts may start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly fee for your selected plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

All payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes any intellectual property or privacy right.
  • Attempt to access the Service's underlying systems, source code, or other accounts without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service except as expressly permitted (for example, the Agency plan's multi-client workspaces).
  • Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service, including grant listings and funder information, beyond use within your own GrantMind workflow.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity or performance, including by transmitting malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or probing for vulnerabilities outside an authorized program.
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent grant submissions.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate in the Service (your "Content"), including proposals, Letters of Inquiry, organization profiles, and attachments.

You grant GrantMind a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and process your Content solely as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your Content, and we do not use your Content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses third-party large-language-model providers to generate drafts, scores, and other output. AI-generated output is probabilistic, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and should be reviewed by a human before submission to any funder, regulator, or third party.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, eligibility, and compliance of any proposal, Letter of Inquiry, budget, or other document you submit, regardless of whether it was assisted by GrantMind. The Service is a tool; it does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or grant-management advice, and no attorney-client or advisor relationship is created by your use of it.

6. Grant data

GrantMind aggregates grant opportunity information from public sources (including Grants.gov, federal agency portals, state portals, and IRS Form 990 filings) and curated foundation and corporate sources. We work to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee that any listing is current, complete, or error-free. Always verify deadlines, eligibility, and requirements directly with the funder before applying.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the GrantMind name and logos, is owned by GrantMind Pro LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise.

8. Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments, calendar integrations, document export). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your account is delinquent, or if necessary to comply with law or protect the Service or its users.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You can export your Content prior to termination from your account settings; data we retain after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any grant listing is accurate or current, that AI-generated output is correct, or that use of the Service will result in any particular outcome, including the award of any grant.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will GrantMind Pro LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. Dollars (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrantMind Pro LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify active users by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GrantMind regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
